Ex-pats in Valencia (Spain) are especially pleased with the local health and environment, according to the Expat City Rating, which is based on the annual Expat Insider survey by InterNations. Those who live in Alicante feel at home
Home in the city and no ex-pat has to say anything bad about their personal safety in Lisbon (Portugal).
On the other hand, those living in Salmiya (Kuwait) are not at all satisfied with their quality of life and the ease of settlement.
